Anxiety Vol.1
Having anxiety sucks.
Plain and simple.
However, it doesn’t have to take over our lives. I have dealt with anxiety for over 10 years and I’ve tried to understand how to best deal with it, so I sat down and tried to visualise what she looks like.
After that, I asked some of my friends and family members that I knew dealt with it to describe what their anxiety felt like and these are the result of those conversations.
